Very very good building and reasonably large rooms with a big bathroom.

No elevator at all.

Location just next door to a grocery store, the railway station, and a church for services on Sunday and a grocery store. Also, close to the Mosel river. Exceptionally comfortable beds, WiFi and a laptop in the room.

Fantastic views of typical local houses, silent rooms, kind and helpful staff, safe bicycle parking, great breakfast. Centrally located and near supermarkets, train station, and bus stop. Moderately priced.

The room was basic but represented good value for money. The area where the hotel is located is quite quaint.

The hotel is a 15-20 minute bus ride from the train stn. on the opposite side of the Mosel.

Good welcome , the landlord is obliging, the room and the bathroom very cleans and spacious with view on the hill . Very quiet place. And excellent restaurant with specialities , good breakfast too. A good start for to go trekking .

Easy access parking, large rooms, good outlook on village with river glimpse. Excellent restaurant and pub. Fabulous staff.

Good value, with large room on the 3rd etage (4th floor) and we are able to haul our heavy suitcases up the spiral marble stairs; with a comfortable private,, bathroom/shower. Breakfast was very good with coffee, several choices of muesli, cooked egg, fruit salad with fruit that tasted like it was picked ripe so very tasty, cheese, meats, bread. For 80 euro in 2011 fall for 2 people, we found it well worth while to enjoy our stay in the village of Guls, only a 15 min drive from Koblenz and the fantastic Ehrenbreitstein Fortress at the confluence of the Rhine and Mosel Rivers. The buga, the German state flower and plant show that was held in the Koblens fortress this year, was an interesting addition to an already fascinating historical site. The restaurant isn't fancy but is comfortable. There is free internet connection in the restaurant/commons areas, and my husband was able to connect his Apple computer in the room. Parking was free. I recommend this hotel.,

As expected in a small town, the people didn't speak English but were accommodating.

Room was very clean, excellent shower. Great buffet breakfast with a good spread! Supermarket and ATM within walking distance. Walking to the centre of Koblenz would take approx. 45 min.

The single bed had a foot end, which due to my height made sleeping very uncomfortable. Also, pillows was more like an empty bag than an item providing support. Free WiFi is available, but only downstairs in the restaurant and on the first floor in the meeting room. Not in the rooms.

Everything was good, it had good wifi, no complaints. The rooms at this small hotel were spotless and huge. The location was marvellous and lovely, within walking distance of Cafe Hahn. This property was in a great area. That was what I call perfect place for party.

The staff here were really friendly and kind, they even recommended a great restaurant for us to check out on-site. 😊

No problem in parking the car in the hotel or next to it Breakfast was full of good stuff

All the hotel needs to be great value is a lift - we stayed at the 3rd floor on our last night in Germany so we had to take our luggage up to the third floor. So think if you need to carry a lot of stuff up

Unassuming, but good hotel. The restaurant was excellent, the room was fairly clean, the location is convenient.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the main attractions, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with excellent bathrooms that had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed staying on the top floor, as it provided a lovely view of the surrounding area. Additionally, the breakfast offered a great selection, with a proper coffee machine grinding fresh beans for that perfect cup of coffee.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

Very comfortable light & airy bedroom, excellent spacious bathroom. Friendly & helpful owners and staff. 10 minutes slow walk to Guls station, 5 minutes train to central Koblenz. Excellent and varied menu in restaurant.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast is magnificent. - the location is perfect, a short walk to the center of Guls, a peaceful square close to the Mosel river and central Koblenz. - the staff is the most pleasant and super friendly we have ever experienced.
